Update v0.09


Features, Fixes, and Changes: 

-added online multiplayer
-added effect for dead players to indicate possibility for revival
-added a few more menus to make the user experience more seamless
-added ability to connect via local or public ip when applicable
-added a few new enemies and such for later (currently inaccessible) waves
-added some visual effects to the main menu
-added enemy ai to dynamically change who their following (slightly broken)
-added changelog ingame -removed local multiplayer
-removed single player temporarily (you can technically just host by yourself)
-removed wave waiting before the boss temporarily because of upcoming new system to subtly change wave systems.
-removed EXP system
-changed numerous texts and titles
-changed pause menu to no longer pause time -tweaked and optimized a ton of code (i can NOT emphasize this enough)
-tweaked kill counter visualization
-fixed "Very Low" and "Low" graphics settings from being actually more intensive
-fixed literally dozens of bugs
-paved a lot for future updates in sound, music, more fx, and features
-minor balanced some enemies and aspects of the player
-and so many more little things i forgot to document

Known Bugs:
-leveling menu is broken and will be removed in the next version in place of an upcoming new system.
-game will occasionally freeze (especially if unfocusing the window)
-game must be extracted into fresh folder to work properly
